Refund & Return Policy — Apex Customise

At Apex Customise, our products are customized and made according to the details provided by the customer. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Customized Products

Since our number plates are personalized according to the customer's selected number, design, and specifications, customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or personal preference.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the details confirmed in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For verification, you may be required to provide:

  • Clear photographs of the received product

  • A clear unboxing video

  • Order details

After verification, Apex Plates may offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

3. Incorrect Details Provided by Customer

Customers are responsible for checking the registration number, text, colour, size, and other customization details before confirming the order.

Apex Plates will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed after verification of the issue. Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.

5. Cancellation

Customized orders may not be cancellable once production has started. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible before production begins.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will generally not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer

  • Minor differences in appearance caused by screen/display settings

  • Normal variations in customized products

  • Damage caused after delivery by improper handling or installation

7. Contact Us

For any return, replacement, or refund request, please contact Apex customise with your order number and relevant photographs/videos. Our team will review the request and provide a resolution according to this policy.

Important: Apex Plates decorative/non-HSRP products are intended for decorative and styling purposes and should not be used as a replacement for legally required vehicle registration plates.
