Welcome to Apex Plates. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products

Apex Plates sells customized and decorative number plates and related products. Product images are for representation purposes and slight variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur.

2. Customization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including the registration number, text, design, colour, and other specifications.

Once an order has entered production, changes may not be possible.

3. Decorative / Non-HSRP Products

Our decorative number plates are not HSRP registration plates and are not intended to replace legally required vehicle registration plates.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the use of any product complies with applicable laws and regulations. Apex Plates is not responsible for penalties, fines, or legal consequences arising from improper or unauthorized use.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed after successful payment or confirmation of the applicable payment method. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect/incomplete customer information.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, customization requirements, courier services, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

A delay caused by a courier or other third party does not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable because they are made specifically according to customer requirements.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video. After verification, we may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must verify all customization details before placing an order. Apex Plates is not responsible for mistakes resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, product photographs, designs, graphics, text, and other content belonging to Apex Plates may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Apex Plates will not be responsible for indirect losses, fines, penalties, vehicle-related issues, or consequences resulting from the improper use of decorative products.

10. Changes to These Terms

Apex Plates reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will become effective when published on our website.
